  2. National Day of Civic Hacking

    The National Day of Civic Hacking was the largest civic hacking event ever - over 11,000 people at more than 95 events around the country got together in the name of civic tech innovation. Over 20 federal government agencies, and hundreds of state and local government agencies were involved. The initiative utilized HackForChange.org, powered by OpenCivic.   5. Policy, Meet Design: 100 Conversations

    100 Conversations was a speed-dating event between 10 NYC designers and 10 NYC policymakers. Audience members were able to stand around each of the "dates" and listen to dynamic conversations about the intersection of design and policy. The event was produced by the Public Policy Lab.

    El Gobierno de la Provincia de Corrientes, a través de la Dirección Provincial de Juventud organiza el Corrientes Apps, que es el primer concurso provincial de desarrollo de aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles, primero a nivel provincial y regional, dirigido a los correntinos y también a los jóvenes de la región NEA. En el cual los participantes tendrán que crear aplicaciones para teléfonos celulares o tabletas, para su uso gratuito por la ciudadanía.

    The event, as others Citycamps, is an open space to discuss the cities. Buenos Aires host the biggest event inviting different communities to participate. The last event was arround 50 presentations and 4 debate panels totally open for everyone who want to present himself.
